Wife and I have been debating a lot about the Marathon plan that we want to follow. She has previous experience of a 10K and thinks that 21K would not be a huge shift — of course, she has never attempted a half marathon.
I did a few half-marathons and know the change from half to full is not only double but many folds. To that, I created this plan for both of my training.
Her plan looks exactly the same but with half the distances.
Hopefully, we will be able to execute this completely and achieve our goals of sub-4 and sub-3 hours.
