New Year Resolutions

I have been keeping new year’s resolutions since 2011. I achieved a few of them and some are still on the bucket list (Oh, those elusive abs!).

This year, I have decided to not keep the new year resolutions but do something to progress on 4 key themes:

  1. Wisdom – read good books, listen with intent, and act not react.
  2. Strength – go to the gym/run/skip rope every single day.
  3. Passion – develop at least 1 thing that I can do anyday and anytime. This used to be Table Tennis in 2014-2015, reading in 2018-2019, but need to find a new hobby for 2022-2023.
  4. Curiosity – learn 1 new thing each week – personally or progressionally. Be curious in everything I do and learn about things that seem hard at first.

Life is good.
